History
I have closed Residential Real Estate transactions for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Rural Development) from 1985 through today. From 1986-2000 under contract with the U.S. Department of HUD – Northwest Tennessee, to close their REO properties. (Additionally closed for HUD REO Memphis, Tennessee properties for a short time period.) Currently subcontracts with the HUD closing Attorney for West Tennessee to close HUD REO properties in the Jackson, Tennessee area. From 1986-present – I have closed residential real estate transactions for the City of Jackson, Tennessee’s Community Development Office, its Jackson Housing Authority sales and purchases, and Affordable Housing CDC sales and purchases. I also close for most Banks and other Lenders in the Jackson, Tennessee area. In addition, I have experience in FHA and Conventional closings and have been a Title Insurance Agent for First American Title Insurance Company since 1992.
